How to show up in AI search

Get your business described accurately on the credible sites AI reads, so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI name you when someone asks. Off-site coverage is the lever, not your homepage.

The three moves that matter

  1. Get written up on sites AI reads. AI names businesses that credible third-party pages describe, news sites, directories, review platforms. This is the single highest-leverage move, because AI trusts what others say about you far more than what you say about yourself.
  2. Keep your story consistent. Your name, category, and key claims should match everywhere. Ten sources describing you the same way are worth more than thirty describing you three different ways.
  3. Answer real questions on your own site. Publish clear, direct answers to the exact questions buyers ask an assistant, and lead with the answer so it's easy to quote.

What doesn't work

No one can guarantee an AI engine will cite you, and any service that promises guaranteed AI citations is overstating what's possible. What you can control is being published where AI can find you. That's the honest version, and it's the only one that works.

Start with where you stand

Before you do anything, see what AI actually says about you now: which engines name you, who they name instead, and where you show up today. That's the free AI Visibility Report:
