Pressfront Ads Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

In short: to run your ad we collect the ad and campaign details you give us, your contact and payment information, and the performance data Meta reports back. We share what's necessary with Meta (to run the ad) and Stripe (to take payment). We never sell your personal information. This policy is specific to Pressfront Ads; our general site privacy policy also applies where relevant.

1. Who we are

Pressfront LLC ("Pressfront," "we," "us"), 5005 W. Laurel St, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33607, USA, operates Pressfront Ads, a managed Facebook and Instagram advertising service. For any privacy question, contact support@pressfront.co. This policy covers the Pressfront Ads service at pressfront.co/ads and supplements our general Privacy Policy; where the two differ for advertising, this one controls.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Campaign content: your ad creative (images and video), headline and text, business name and category, and your destination (website URL or phone number).
  • Targeting preferences: the location, radius, audience description, and goal you provide.
  • Contact details: your email address (and business name), used to send confirmations, updates, and your dashboard link.
  • Consent records: the fact and time of your agreement to our Ads Terms and your authorization to spend, along with limited technical details described below, kept as evidence of your consent.

Information collected automatically

  • Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited details such as the last four digits, card brand, billing region, and the payment status.
  • Technical consent metadata: at the moment you accept our Ads Terms, we record a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, together with a timestamp. We use these solely to evidence that you authorized the campaign and the spend.
  • Campaign performance data that Meta reports to us, such as reach, impressions, clicks, spend, and, where available, results.

3. How we use your information

  • To create, submit, run, optimize, monitor, and report on your advertising campaign.
  • To review your ad against advertising-platform policies before it runs.
  • To take payment, calculate fees, process refunds, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your campaign and to provide support.
  • To keep records required for our legitimate business, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs.

4. How your information is shared

We share only what is necessary to provide the service, with:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): your ad creative, text, destination, and targeting preferences are provided to Meta so your ad can run. Meta processes this under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can review at Meta's website. Once your content is on Meta, Meta's handling of it is governed by Meta, not by us.
  • Stripe, our payment processor, to charge your card and handle refunds and disputes, under Stripe's own privacy policy.
  • Service providers that host our systems and send our email (for example, our database/hosting provider and our email provider), bound to protect the data.
  • AI processing: to help review ad policy compliance and draft copy, we may send your ad's text, and where applicable its image, to a third-party AI provider for processing. This is used to assist our review and suggestions, not to train external public models on your identity.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our advertising accounts, or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising of our own.

5. A note on the platforms and cookies

Pressfront Ads runs ads on Meta's platforms. Meta and the destination you choose may set their own cookies and collect their own data from people who see or click your ad; that activity is governed by Meta's and your own privacy policies, not this one. If your destination collects personal information from people who click your ad, you are the controller of that data and are responsible for your own privacy notice and lawful handling of it.

6. Data retention

We keep campaign records, consent records, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and thereafter as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Uploaded creative for campaigns that are started but never paid is deleted automatically after a short period. You may ask us to delete your information subject to those legal-retention needs; see your rights below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and processing payment data through Stripe rather than storing card numbers ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@pressfront.co from the address on your account; we may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

9. Children

Pressfront Ads is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and advertisers must be adults acting for a lawful business.

10. International

We operate from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers (including Meta and Stripe) operate. By using Pressfront Ads you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; the current version, with its date, applies. For any privacy question or request, contact support@pressfront.co.
