Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026 · Pressfront LLC (Tampa, Florida)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Pressfront LLC ("Pressfront", "we", "us") governing your use of pressfront.co and our services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Plain-English summary: We distribute your press release across news and syndication networks and give you a coverage report of live links. This is press-release distribution, not independent editorial coverage, and the links are nofollow. Our guarantee covers distribution, live links, and a report, or your money back. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, permanence, or that any AI or journalist will cite you.

1. What we provide

Pressfront is a productized press-release distribution service. Depending on the package and any add-ons you buy, we write (or you supply) an announcement and distribute it through established newswire and syndication networks, then deliver a coverage report listing every live URL.

  • Distribution, not editorial. Your release is distributed to networks and appears in their press-release / newswire sections. It is not a journalist independently writing about you, and we never claim it is. "As seen on" and outlet names refer to where a release can appear or syndicate, not endorsements.
  • Nofollow links. Newswire and syndicated placements are nofollow, per the wires' standard policy. They build brand-search visibility and discoverability, not guaranteed SEO ranking.
  • Named placements. Where a package or add-on lists a named outlet as "guaranteed", we guarantee that placement or a refund of the portion attributable to it, subject to the outlet's own content policies (for example, certain outlets exclude crypto, legal, or regulated content).

2. Packages, add-ons, and pricing

Current packages and prices are shown on the site at checkout. We offer fixed one-time prices; there is no subscription or retainer unless expressly stated. We may change prices and package contents going forward, but the price you pay is the price shown at your checkout.

3. Orders, intake, and approval

After payment you complete an intake form with your company details and story, and choose whether we write the article or you supply your own. You approve the final release before it is distributed. When we write the release, we email the draft to the address on your order with a one-click approve link. If we do not hear from you within 2 days of that email, the draft is treated as approved and we proceed with distribution, so your order is not delayed; you can ask us to hold instead by replying to the email at any time before then. After approval (by you or by the 2-day rule) you may still withdraw the release for changes from your order tracking page until we submit it to the distribution networks; doing so pauses the order and restarts the turnaround clock once you approve a revised version. Once a release has been submitted for distribution it cannot be edited, withdrawn, or recalled, because the networks do not allow changes after publication. Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates and begin when the release is approved. Distribution timing also depends on the networks and outlets, which we do not control.

These rules are shown to you at checkout, in your order-confirmation email, on the intake confirmation page, and in the approval email itself, so there are no surprises. The service emails you should expect are: an order confirmation, your draft with an approve link (plus one reminder and, if applicable, an auto-approval notice), a receipt when you approve, and your coverage report.

4. Your responsibilities and content rules

You represent that your announcement is a real, accurate, and lawful statement, and that you have all rights needed to publish it. To keep networks accepting our releases, we do not distribute:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content;
  • Defamatory, harassing, or unlawful material;
  • Gambling or vaping promotion;
  • Misleading financial or securities claims;
  • Unsupported health or medical claims;
  • Content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy;
  • Anything that violates a target outlet's policies.

We may decline or stop an order that breaches these rules. If we decline before distribution, we refund it; if the breach is discovered after distribution, refunds are not available for work already performed.

5. Guarantee and refunds

Our guarantee covers distribution, live links, and a coverage report. If we fail to distribute your approved release and cannot deliver the live links promised by your package, you are entitled to a refund of the affected portion. The guarantee does not cover rankings, traffic, conversions, permanence of syndicated copies, or citation by any AI system or journalist, because no honest service can promise those. Full refund terms are on our Refund & Guarantee page, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Third-party networks and outlets

Distribution relies on third-party newswire, syndication, and media networks that set their own acceptance, formatting, and removal policies. Broad syndication copies can rotate or be removed over time by the outlets; your coverage report captures every live URL at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for a third party's independent editorial or technical decisions.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us the license needed to format, distribute, and syndicate it to fulfil your order. The Pressfront name, site, and materials are our property; outlet names and logos referenced on the site belong to their owners and are used to describe where releases can appear.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY PARTICULAR MARKETING, SEO, TRAFFIC, OR BUSINESS RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESSFRONT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pressfront LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the content you submit or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida (Tampa) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated date above. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
