Refund & Guarantee

Last updated 6 September 2026 · Pressfront LLC (Tampa, Florida)

We keep the promise simple: we publish your release, or you get your money back. This page spells out exactly what that covers, what it honestly cannot, and how to claim. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The guarantee covers distribution, live links, and a coverage report. If we cannot deliver the distribution your package promises, you get a refund of the affected portion, defined precisely below. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, permanence, or AI citation, because no honest service controls those.

What we guarantee

  • Your approved release is distributed through your package's network.
  • You receive a coverage report with the live URLs at delivery.
  • On Advanced, each outlet named as guaranteed (Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, AP News, MarketWatch, Street Insider, Morningstar) is delivered with a live URL, or that outlet's portion is refunded per the schedule below.
  • If we fail to distribute your release at all, you get a full refund.

What we do not guarantee

  • Any single site within the broad syndication network (those rotate by story; we guarantee the network and the report, not one named site, except the Advanced outlets above).
  • Search-engine rankings or SEO position (links are nofollow).
  • Traffic, leads, sales, or any business outcome.
  • Permanence of broad syndication copies, which outlets may rotate or remove, and citation by AI or a journalist.

Exactly what each package guarantees

Standard ($199). We guarantee your approved release is distributed across the syndication network and that you receive a coverage report with the live URLs captured at delivery. Because those 300+ sites rotate by story, no individual site is guaranteed; the guarantee is the distribution and the report. If we fail to distribute at all, you get a full refund.

Advanced ($799). Everything in Standard, plus six outlets guaranteed and named in writing, each delivered with its own live URL in your report: Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, AP News, MarketWatch, Street Insider, and Morningstar. If any of these is missing from your report, you receive a refund for that outlet under the schedule below. (Yahoo Finance excludes crypto and legal content per its own policy; see "Named-placement guarantee.")

AP News + US papers add-on (+$299). This add-on expands your newspaper reach through the USA TODAY Network and additional daily papers, documented with live URLs in your report. It guarantees distribution into that newspaper network and your coverage report; because papers pick up releases based on editorial relevance, individual papers are not guaranteed. If we do not deliver the distribution described, the $299 add-on is refunded in full. (AP News itself is already a guaranteed named outlet on Advanced.)

How a partial refund is calculated

So there is no ambiguity later: on an Advanced order, each guaranteed named outlet is valued at $100. If a guaranteed outlet is missing from your delivered report, that $100 per missing outlet is refunded, because the rest of your package (the broad network distribution and your coverage report) was still delivered. If we fail to deliver the distribution entirely, the full package price is refunded. The AP News + US papers add-on is refunded as a whole ($299) if we fail to deliver its newspaper-network distribution. We will always tell you the exact figure in writing when we process a claim.

Before distribution: full refund

You approve the final release before anything is distributed. Up until you approve, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Note that when we write the release, a draft you do not respond to within 2 days of our approval email is treated as approved (the email says so, and you can reply to ask us to hold), so if you want to cancel, tell us before that window closes. If we decline your order because its content breaks our content rules or an outlet's policy, and we have not yet distributed it, we refund it in full.

After distribution: what applies

Once a release has been distributed, the work has been performed, so refunds then apply only to the guarantee above, that is, to distribution we promised but failed to deliver. Because syndicated placements can naturally rotate over time, the coverage report you receive at delivery is the record of what went live.

Named-placement guarantee

Where a package names a specific outlet as guaranteed (the Advanced outlets: Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, AP News, MarketWatch, Street Insider, Morningstar), we guarantee that placement subject to the outlet's own content policy. Some outlets exclude certain topics; for example, Yahoo Finance does not accept crypto or legal content. If your content is ineligible under a guaranteed outlet's policy, we tell you before we distribute and refund that outlet's portion in full (the rest of the guarantee still applies). If your entire order cannot run for that reason and nothing has been distributed, you get a full refund. We review eligibility during intake, before your release goes out.

How to request a refund

Email support@pressfront.co with your order number and the reason. We aim to review within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first, we will work with you. Filing a chargeback for work already delivered, rather than requesting a refund under this policy, may be disputed with the coverage report as evidence of delivery.
