Guaranteed distribution

Guaranteed press release distribution, with the outlets written down.

In this market, "guaranteed" usually means nothing you can hold anyone to. Ours is narrow on purpose: six outlets named in writing on Advanced, network distribution and a coverage report on Standard, and money back when we miss. The full text is on our refund and guarantee page.

Fixed one-time prices. No retainer, no sales call. Publish-or-refund guarantee on everything we name.

What "guaranteed" usually means on a wire

Read the fine print on most distribution offers and the guarantee evaporates. Some guarantee nothing at all beyond sending the file. Some guarantee "distribution" to a network they will not name, so there is no outlet you can check and no way for them to be wrong. Some guarantee a number, 400 sites, 600 sites, without saying which ones, which means a thousand auto-generated clone domains satisfies it exactly as well as a real newsroom would.

A guarantee you cannot test is marketing, not a guarantee. The only version worth paying for is one where a specific, checkable thing either appears in your report or it does not.

What Pressfront guarantees, in writing

Advanced, $799. Six outlets named and guaranteed: Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, AP News, MarketWatch, Street Insider and Morningstar. Each is delivered as its own live URL in your coverage report. If one is missing, that outlet's portion is refunded at $100 per outlet, no argument required.

Standard, $199. Your approved release is distributed across the 300+ site network and you receive a coverage report of the live URLs. Individual sites in that network rotate by story, so the guarantee is the distribution and the report. If we fail to distribute at all, you get a full refund.

AP News and US papers add-on, +$299. Guaranteed distribution into the newspaper network, documented as live URLs. Not a guarantee of any single named paper.

What nobody honest guarantees

Not search rankings. Wire links are nofollow by standard policy, and no one controls Google's results. Not traffic, leads or sales; a release is a credibility asset, not a demand channel. Not AI citation: answer engines read the sites your release lands on, which is the part you can buy, but no service decides what a model says. Not permanence, because syndicated copies can rotate or be removed by the host, which is why your report is captured at delivery. And not a journalist writing about you. That is earned media, it takes months, and anyone selling it as a certainty is selling you something else.

We list this before you pay, because a guarantee is only useful next to an honest account of what it excludes.

How a claim actually works

Your coverage report is the record. It lands when placements are live and lists every URL we can document. If a guaranteed Advanced outlet is not in it, email support@pressfront.co with your order number. That outlet is valued at $100, and $100 comes back per missing outlet, because the rest of the package, the network distribution and the report, was still delivered. If we fail to distribute at all, the full price is refunded.

One eligibility note we handle at intake rather than after: Yahoo Finance does not accept crypto or legal content. If your topic is excluded by an outlet's own policy, we tell you before distribution and refund that outlet's portion, rather than letting you discover it in the report. Full terms live on the refund and guarantee page.

How it works

  1. Tell us the storyA short intake: what you're announcing, who you are, where people should click. Ten minutes.
  2. Approve the draftWe write the release (or use yours) and send it for approval. Nothing goes out until you say so.
  3. Get the reportDistribution runs, links go live, and every URL lands in one coverage report you can point to.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • You have been burned by a "guaranteed placement" that named no outlets
  • You need specific logos you can verify, for a deck, a site, or a lender
  • You want the refund math written down before you pay, not negotiated after
  • You would rather have six checkable names than an uncheckable count of 600

Not a fit

  • You want a Google ranking or a traffic number guaranteed (nobody can sell that)
  • You want a promise that ChatGPT will name your business (nobody controls that either)
  • You need a journalist to independently write about you, guaranteed
  • Crypto or legal content that specifically needs Yahoo Finance (its policy excludes the category)

Straight answers

Is guaranteed press release distribution real?

Partly. Distribution itself is guaranteeable, because it is work someone performs, and specific outlets can be guaranteed when a service is willing to name them. What is not guaranteeable is any outcome after publication: rankings, traffic, AI citation, or a journalist picking the story up. Treat any guarantee that does not name what it covers, and what it excludes, as marketing language rather than a promise you could ever enforce.

Which outlets does Pressfront guarantee by name?

Six, on the Advanced package at $799: Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, AP News, MarketWatch, Street Insider and Morningstar. Each arrives as its own live URL in your coverage report. Standard at $199 guarantees distribution across the 300+ site network plus the report, not one specific site, because those sites rotate by story. The AP News and US papers add-on guarantees distribution into that newspaper network.

What happens if a guaranteed outlet does not appear?

Each guaranteed outlet on Advanced is valued at $100. If one is missing from your delivered coverage report, that $100 is refunded, and if several are missing, each is refunded. The rest of the order stands, because the network distribution and the report were still delivered. If we fail to distribute your release at all, the full package price comes back. Email support@pressfront.co with your order number to claim.

Do you guarantee my release stays online forever?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. Syndication partners rotate and retire copies on their own schedules, and the host of a page always controls that page. What we can document is the moment of delivery, which is why your coverage report captures every live URL when placements go live. Save it. That report is the artifact you show a customer, an investor, or a lender later.

Can you guarantee Google News, Apple News or Benzinga?

No. Those commonly appear in reports and we are glad when they do, but they are not guaranteed by us, because we do not control their pickup decisions. The only outlets we put in writing are the six on Advanced. Anything else in your report is documented coverage that happened, not a promise we made, and we would rather keep that line visible than blur it.

A guarantee you can check line by line.

Six named outlets on Advanced. $100 back per missing outlet. Full terms on the refund page.

Honest fine print, because it matters: these are press-release distribution and syndication placements, not independent editorial coverage or a journalist writing about you. Outlet names describe where a release can appear or syndicate, based on relevance and each outlet's policies; they are not endorsements. Links are nofollow (the wires' standard policy) and still build brand-search visibility, "as seen on" credibility, and AI discoverability. Exact placements vary by story and availability. Our guarantee covers distribution, live links and a report, or your money back, not rankings, traffic, permanence, or AI citation, which no honest service can promise.
